Question: Can you explain your experience in clinical data management and your understanding of the data management plan? Answer: In my previous roles, I have worked extensively in clinical data management, specifically in the Study Startup phase. I am familiar with project initiation, planning, implementation, control, evaluation, and close-out activities. Regarding the data management plan, I understand that it is a document that outlines the procedures and guidelines for managing clinical data throughout the trial. It includes data collection, cleaning, query resolution, and database management. I have hands-on experience in managing and resolving queries in accordance with the data management plan.

Question: How do you establish strong client relationships and handle disputes effectively? Answer: Building strong client relationships requires effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality work. I believe in proactive and transparent communication with clients, ensuring that their expectations are met. In the case of disputes, I approach them with a calm and solution-oriented mindset.
