Eligibility Criteria: 

Education Experience: Master’s degree or equivalent in chemistry, chemical engineering

Working Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in chemical production, quality management or product development related to Care Chemicals product portfolio

Main Responsibilities, Tasks & Deliverables

• TST Sulfation and MPR: Assist to co-ordinate regional technical platforms on sulfation and
• MPR to increase the information and knowledge exchange in Asia Pacific
• Product Localization: Assist to co-ordinate for project details and perform a technical feasibility study
• OpEx projects: Assist for TPO workshops to identify the New OpEx projects.
• Process Safety: Support the plants with Clean Sheet Reviews, Process Safety Management Reviews etc.
• Investment projects: Assist to drive technical feasibility, develop site, capex and production concept for investment in new/existing technologies in line with SBU strategy
• Third-party sourcing: Assist to Scout for suitable third-party manufacturers, conduct a technical assessments, support validation of vendor and ensure safety and quality standard

• Number of successful product localizations
• Number and quality of the OpEx measures generated
• Number of successfully implemented Development projects

Technical Competencies

• Excellent knowledge in chemistry and chemical production processes.
• Experience with products relating to the personal / home care and formulation technology
• Good presentation, interpersonal skills, and excellent command in English
