Job Title: QC Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality control assessments of lateral assays and wet lab processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for lateral assay products, including validation protocols and documentation.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement within the lateral assay and wet lab workflows.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address any deviations from quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Generate regular reports on quality metrics and key performance indicators related to lateral assays and wet lab processes.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards about lateral assays and wet lab techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in regulatory audits as needed.
Training and Development:
- Train laboratory staff on quality control procedures and best practices in lateral assays.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization.
Qualifications Required for QC Associate Job :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy).
