Key Responsibilities for Target Dossier Analyst Role:

Apply QSP modeling and mechanistic modeling approaches for translational biology, novel target discovery, and drug development strategies.

Collect, interpret, and analyze large biological datasets from scientific literature, databases, clinical research, and patents.

Compile and prepare comprehensive target dossiers or target safety assessment reports.
-
Collaborate with CADD and computational biology teams for antibody design and mechanistic insights.
-
Lead client interactions, present insights, and contribute to conferences and publications.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and data integrity policies throughout all stages of project execution.
Technical and Functional Skills for Target Dossier Analyst:

Strong background in systems biology, systems pharmacology, bioinformatics, or pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling
-
Proficiency in interpreting biological data from multiple public and proprietary databases
-
Experience with in silico techniques for antibody or drug target modeling
-
Excellent presentation and report-writing skills for internal and external stakeholders

Ability to multitask, critically analyze data, and drive continuous improvement in dossier development

Working knowledge of scientific computation tools and platforms is an added advantage
Required Qualifications for Target Dossier Analyst:

PhD in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Pharmacometrics, or Systems Biology/Pharmacology

OR Master’s degree with 4–5 years of relevant industry experience
