Job Posting: Quality Assurance Associate
The Opportunity:
The Quality Assurance Associate is a critical role within the quality assurance team, responsible for managing and resolving non-product quality issues across all three manufacturing sites: Mumbai, Panoli, and Dehradun. This position plays a key role in ensuring adherence to quality control procedures and upholding the organization’s commitment to product excellence. The QA Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies during the production process.
What we’re looking for
Education: M.Sc (Chemistry)
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance

The role involves a focus on continuous improvement to reduce non-product quality issues, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include audit oversight, root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer complaint in
vestigations.Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in quality assurance within regulated industries
- Knowledge of QMS, audit processes, and document control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certification in ISO lead auditing or similar credentials
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of the Position:
- Non-Product Quality Issue Management: Identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
- Site Coordination & Communication: Serve as a liaison between manufacturing sites.
- Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure actions comply with industry standards.
- Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions: Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to optimize processes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on quality control activities.
- Customer Complaint Investigations: Lead investigations related to customer complaints.
- Audit Oversight: Oversee internal and external audits.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS): Develop and maintain the QMS.
- Document Management: Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- ETQ System Development and Training: Lead training of the ETQ system.
- Quality Culture and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of excellence.
- Third-Party Logistics & Warehouse Audits: Oversee audits of logistics providers.
- Certification Management: Lead and maintain certification audits.
