Position Details:

Key Responsibilities / Outcomes:
- Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples for various formulations, including oral solids, injectables, and ophthalmic products.
- Operate and maintain QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and pH meters.
- Utilize software like Empower and LabWare LIMS for data management and analysis.
- Apply knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) in daily operations.
- Execute validation, qualification, and calibration activities within the QC laboratory.
- Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), General Testing Procedures (GTPs), Standard Testing Procedures (STPs), specifications, protocols, Internal Operating Control Procedures (IOCPs), records of analysis, and analysis reports.
- Manage the handling, issuance, and maintenance of consumables, glassware, chemicals, reference standards, working standards, and chromatographic columns.
- Candidates with exposure to regulatory audits, particularly USFDA audits, will be given preference.
- Review raw materials, in-process, intermediate, finished products, packing materials, stability samples, hold time samples, qualification, calibration, and Analytical Method Transfer (AMT) documents.
- Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) test results and laboratory incidents.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain 100% adherence to Good Laboratory Practices.

The Executive in Quality Control at Strides Pharma will be responsible for conducting analytical testing and ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical products in accordance with regulatory standards.
