Job Description
Quality Assurance of Raw materials:
- Inspection of Raw materials as per Grasim’s specification with all back up data of analytical records.
- Calibration is to follow as per pre-defined frequency.
- Preparation and Standardization of solution used for analysis.
- Timely analysis of sample results and record updation.
- Minimize Re- analysis& adherence to SOP or testing protocol.
- Preservation of retained sample as per protocol.
Quality Assurance of in-process goods:
- Inspection of in process goods as per Grasim’s quality plan.
- Calibration to follow as per pre-defined frequency.
- Minimize Reanalysis.
- Adherence to SOP or testing protocol timely analysis of sample results and record updation.
- Preservation of retain sample as per protocol.
- Preparation and Standardization of solution used for analysis.
Quality Assurance of Containers id Finished Product
- Inspection of finished products as per Grasim’s specification with all back up data of analytical records.
- Calibration to follow as per pre-defined frequency.
- Timely analysis of sample results and record updating.
- Preparation and Standardisation of solution used for analysis.
- Minimize Reanalysis.
- Preservation of retain sample as per protocol.
Quality Assurance of packaging materials:
- Inspection of packaging material as per Grasim’s specification.
- Calibration is to follow as per pre-defined frequency.
- Timely analysis of sample results and record updation.
