Job Description
Your Role:
- Manage a team of 10-20 engineers and a large customer base in and around Bangalore.
- Provide on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
- Resolve customer and partner concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of skilled engineers to meet performance standards.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience in Analytical Instruments like HPLC/GC/MS is an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in people management.
