Job Description
- Review Qualification, Validation, Calibration data, Procedure, and Audit Trail in a timely manner.
- Receive and inward analysis samples, including packing materials, raw materials, In-process, Intermediate, API, Finished Product, Stability samples, and make entries into the respective AR number logs.
- Allocate work for the chemical and instrumentation area and ensure timely completion of work. Ensure allocated work is in-line with Analyst Qualification reports.
- Review QC Logs, Incidences, and reports, and ensure document archival after the release of samples.
- Ensure control sample inspection and leftover sample disposal after analysis.
- Ensure instrument calibration and AMC are done as per the schedule.
- Prepare and revise SOPs, Specifications, and Procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training on SOPs, trending, and any other relevant procedures.
- Prepare Stability Schedule, Stability protocol, and report, Validation/Qualification, and trending reports.
- Involved in the investigation of incidents, deviations, OOS/OOT/OOC, and ensure effectiveness of CAPAs.
- Perform SAP activity and ensure closure of QMS before the release of batches in SAP.
- Check audit trail and escalate if any discrepancies are found.
- Monitor OOT results as per procedure.
- Make available valid working standards, impurity standards, reference standards, and ensure verification against Pharmacopoeia Catalog and review consumption records for completeness.
- Ensure the utilization of GC systems as per its efficiency.
