- Ensuring all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team, including self.
- Compliance with Syngene’s quality standards at all times.
- Holding self and teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals.
- Governing and reviewing safety metrics from time to time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support PRD lab operations in all 3 shifts.
- PPE management and consumable management.
- Tracking and monitoring attendance shift schedules and safety for contract employees.
- Inorganic chemical stock management and consumption posting in SAP.
- Equipment and checklist verification, and upkeep of records daily.
- Issuance of camera, visitor coats, masks, etc.
- Tracking and monitoring of Gemba walk and other audit observation CAPA compliance.
- Weekly and monthly weighing balance calibration.
- Data collection for the number of reactions and equipment utilization.
- Gate pass creation for repairable glassware.
- HPAPI lab solvent inventory and consumables management.
- Ensuring segregation of normal and hazardous waste for disposal/incineration.
- Tracking and monitoring system practices – 5S drive in HPAPI lab.
- Weighing balance verification and facility upkeep.
- Monitoring hydrogen lab reactions.
Education: BSc in Chemistry
Experience: 0-3 years
