About this Position: You shall be an integral part of the Plant Quality team and be responsible for quality assurance-related activities in the plant.
What You’ll Do
- Attend daily Quality & Area Review meeting with the plant team with shift data and update on the 24- and 48-hour risks & actions.
- Product SQC alerts & Last 24 hours plant alerts investigation, identify actions, compile monthly sheet.
- Carry out Process / Product Audits, Hygiene Audit & pest control program- create findings in the database and follow up with the team for investigation and action closure.
- Carry out equipment validation activities and data analysis.
- Equipment calibration – Contract and PO activities.
- Supplier and complaints creation, investigation & action update.
- Monthly warehouse KPIs review, Warehouse Audits, report findings, identify action, and follow up for action closure with the respective team.
- Assist for complaint investigations and provide appropriate training internally in the SHEQ area.
- Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) rules, procedures, and regulations.
- File and maintain retain samples, dispose of old ones, and maintain a clean working environment.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in plant quality.
- Should be Btech Chemical / M.Sc. Chemistry qualified.
- Should have exposure to incident investigation, root-cause analysis, SHEQ management systems & international standards, HACCP certified.
