Job Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Quality Assurance (APQR) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) activities to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous product improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

Collecting and compiling data related to manufacturing, in-process and finished product testing, deviations, change controls, customer complaints, stability studies, and market returns for each product.

Reviewing and analyzing compiled data to detect trends, recurring quality issues, and areas that may benefit from process optimization.

Coordinating with cross-functional departments such as QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs to gather complete and accurate information.

Ensuring timely preparation, review, and approval
of APQR reports in accordance with regulatory timelines. -
Recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on APQR outcomes, while supporting implementation and follow-up.

Maintaining thorough documentation of all APQR activities in compliance with cGMP and applicable regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)

Good knowledge of cGMP guidelines and APQR requirements

Strong analytical and communication skills
-
Prior experience in a Quality Assurance role is preferred
