About the Role
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Parexel, you will ensure the integrity of study implementation and adherence to study protocols at clinical sites. Your responsibilities include building relationships with investigators and site staff, facilitating site access to study systems, monitoring site compliance, and resolving any site issues.
Key Accountabilities
Maintenance (from initiation through close out):

- Build relationships with investigators and site staff
- Facilitate and support site access to study systems
Skills
The successful candidate should
possess strong problem-solving skills, a client-focused approach, the ability to work independently, a flexible attitude towards work assignments, and excellent communication skills.Knowledge and Experience
Site management experience or equivalent in clinical research, with understanding of clinical trial methodology and terminology.
Education: Educated to degree level in a biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline; or equivalent nursing qualification or experience.
