Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Chemist located in Bhopal. The Quality Assurance Chemist will be responsible for ensuring quality control in the laboratory, maintaining adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and performing analytical testing and quality assurance tasks. The role involves regular monitoring and assessment of product quality, implementing quality improvement processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications of a Quality Assurance Chemist

Conduct quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 22000, and other regulatory and food safety standards.

Maintain accurate laboratory records, prepare reports, and document quality assurance processes.

Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.

Identify non-conformities and suggest corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes at Ramani Ice-Cream.

Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Participate in internal audits, third-party inspections, and food safety training programs.

Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory updates, and technological advancements in quality assurance.
