About the Role: As an Expert Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission to enhance digital presence and improve customer engagement. Your responsibilities include providing Healthcare Professionals with the latest scientific information on our products and relevant disease conditions, driving prescriptions, analyzing territory performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive prescriptions through scientific promotion of our expert-detailed brands as Expert Sales Executive.
  • Customize approach to meet unique needs of each Healthcare Professional.
  • Analyze territory performance data and develop effective management strategies.
  • Collaborate with GT team and regional stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure timely reporting.
  • Address HCP queries promptly and adhere to compliance protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A proactive and engaging approach to sales.

  • You are an expert relationship builder, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams as Expert Sales Executive.

  • An open mindset to learn and grow, identifying opportunities and driving Haleon forward.

  • A degree in Science or Commerce (B.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Pharm/MSc).

  • 2–7 years of experience in Pharma or FMCG.

Requirements: A degree in Science or Commerce (B.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Pharm/MSc) with 2-7 years of experience in Pharma or FMCG
