Review and govern safety metrics regularly as Synthetic Chemist.
Role Accountabilities:

Perform synthetic chemistry reactions, workups, and purification using column chromatography, recrystallization, preparative TLC, etc.

Submit synthesized samples for analysis, record results, and update the team

Document observations and activities in a laboratory or electronic notebook following SOPs
-
Meet monthly productivity goals (number of compounds and steps) without compromising quality or safety

Possess excellent skills in purification and analytical interpretation

Be aware of SDS guidelines and emergency protocols as Synthetic Chemist.

Follow waste segregation norms and maintain individual and lab safety
-
Attend all required training and maintain updated records

Ensure confidentiality at all stages of the work
Skills and Capabilities:

Deep knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms

Independent problem-solving capabilities in synthetic chemistry

Strong purification and analytical skills
