Job Description
Core Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the role is to lead an Integrated Drug Discovery Project as a team leader.
Role Accountabilities as Senior Research Investigator:
- Responsible for clear individual deliverables: 30-40 reactions/month, 3-5 CE/month, and 12-15 successful steps/month
- Responsible for his team’s deliverables: 40-45 reactions/month, >4 CE/month, and 12-15 successful steps/month
- Responsible for project planning and execution: Scheme designing, RM ordering, and on-time delivery targets for him and his subordinates
- Troubleshoot the problem areas of the project: For him and his subordinates.
