Key Responsibilities:
As a Specialty Care Advisor at Bristol Myers Squibb, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales growth and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory, aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and effectively managing existing accounts to maximize product uptake.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key customers, including physicians, hospital pharmacies, hospital administrators, and distributors.
Qualifications of a Specialty Care Advisor
Qualifications:
- Pharmacy graduate or Science graduate, MBA preferred.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Fluency in the relevant local language(s) of the assigned geography is essential.
- Experience and Knowledge of a Specialty Care Advisor:
- A minimum of 10 years of proven and successful experience in pharmaceutical sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- A strong understanding of the local healthcare market, including key opinion leaders, market access dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Prior experience and established relationships within the Cardiology therapeutic area are highly preferred.
