About the Role
As a Business Analyst at IQVIA, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and designing solutions for our eCOA system. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the integration and functionality of the system, as well as communicate with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
Business Analyst Job IQVIA Responsibilities
- Analyze the business requirements and design solutions for eCOA system using various data analysis and organization tools.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the web development, backend, and device teams to ensure the integration and functionality of the eCOA system.
- Create and present reports and documentation to support the analysis and solutions.
- Conduct research and identify new technologies and methods to improve the eCOA system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems related to the eCOA system.
Business Analyst Job IQVIA Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharma/Lifesciences, Computer Science
Required Skills
- 2 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst/Requirement gathering.
- Experience with eCOA system or similar applications is a plus.
- Proficient in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for requirements gathering through stories, managing releases, priorities, and collaboration.
- Proficient in data analysis and organization tools such as Excel.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
