Job Overview:
Acts as Lead Data Manager, leading various data management projects as per sponsor requirements and to provide efficient, quality products. Support coordination with other departments, sites, and sponsors when necessary.
Essential Functions:
- Gather Study Set up requirements: Through discussion and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform Database Set up and validation: To ensure a quality study design for data collection.
- Support validation of new Device integrations.
- Perform regular Data cleaning activities: To ensure clean data with quality and timely deliverables to the sponsor.
- Ensure quality deliverables: Meet customer expectations.
- Support the Training of New joiners.
- Lead study meetings and audits: Internal/ sponsor audits and participate in Study Kick-off and other sponsor meetings.
- Manage projects: Oversee progress, identify risks, and take corrective action.
- Develop new technology: Database revisions and work closely with the programming team for process innovation and automation.
- Be compliant: training and eSOP reading.
- Provide review and expert opinion: In developing, revising, and maintaining core operating procedures and working instructions.
- Communication: Collaborative communication with the Line Manager, Leadership, and team members across functions.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree, Post Graduate Science/Bachelor‘s Pharmacy or equivalent
- English Fluency: Spoken and written
- Advanced computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Advanced understanding of Drug development lifecycle and Overall Clinical research process
