Job Title: Team Member – Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)Location: Shameerpet, HyderabadDesired Profile:

  • M.Sc/B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering with relevant safety certifications
  • Certified Diploma in Industrial/Occupational Safety
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/R&D environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and supervise facility/site safety inspections, audits, and job hazard analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses; drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Recommend modifications in equipment, procedures, or workflows to improve overall workplace safety.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning and readiness of fire extinguishers and other fire safety systems.
  • Develop, establish, and conduct safety training and awareness programs for all employees and contractors.
  • Oversee the safe disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to safety audits, training, incidents, and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment techniques, and emergency preparedness.
  • Hands-on experience with safety audits, HAZOP, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Proficient in preparing and maintaining safety documentation and reports.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
