Job Description
- Position: Assistant Manager –R&D
- Position Reports to: Senior Manager – R&D, Research & Manufacturing Support
Job Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager – R&D at LifeStyles Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating technical aspects of condom technologies related to NPD, technology transfer, and Innovation projects.
- Planning and conducting laboratory and manufacturing plant experiments.
- Engaging in hands-on experiments and supervising laboratory technicians.
- Collecting data, analyzing results, and reporting project progress.
- Presenting and publishing technical findings and filing patents.
- Providing technical support for initial commercial production.
Key Position Requirements: Assistant Manager -R&D
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in rubber/chemistry/material/polymer science/engineering or relevant discipline (master’s degree is a plus).
- Job Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in natural/synthetic rubber/personal care products or the medical devices industry
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic knowledge of medical devices, including condoms and lubricant technologies.
- Basic practical and theoretical understanding of latex, polymer, and product technology.
- Competent in systematic data analysis and presentation.
- Good communication skills in English.
