Job Description
Unilever is seeking a Research Executive for the Future Clean, Cleaning & Formulation Science role in Bengaluru. The role involves working on next-generation cleaning products in alignment with Unilever’s mission of sustainability and product superiority.
Responsibilities

Maintain and apply working knowledge in colloid and interface science.

Formulate hypotheses to address technical challenges and enhance product performance.
-
Design and execute experiments to generate reliable data and insights as Research Executive.

Support capability development in colloid and interface science.
-
Contribute to external collaborations and joint development efforts.
-
Record data using standard R&D templates.
-
Analyze and present findings using digital tools; promote in-silico approaches where relevant.
Required Qualifications & Experience for Research Executive

Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Master’s in Chemistry.

Understanding of formulation and interface science.

2 years of industry or academic experience preferred.

Working knowledge in one or more areas for Research Executive:

Surfactant characterization

Emulsion and foam stability

Rheology
-
Particle size analysis

Interfacial and solution properties

Microscopy techniques

Analytical methods (DLS, zeta potential, chromatography, spectroscopy)
