Job Description
Job Overview:
As a Peptides Production Trainee/Executive, you will be responsible for learning and assisting in the production of peptides according to established protocols and quality standards. This position is designed to provide hands-on training in peptide synthesis, purification, and related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive-Production, your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for peptide synthesis.
- Assisting in the preparation of reagents, solutions, and equipment for peptide production.
- Executing peptide synthesis under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Learning and performing purification techniques such as HPLC, chromatography, and filtration.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records of production and testing activities.
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
- Learning to operate and maintain peptide production equipment.
- Reporting equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all production activities.
- Compiling data and assisting in preparing production reports.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Contributing to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Providing feedback on procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Attending training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Actively participating in professional development opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 3 Yrs experience in Peptides Production
- Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
