Position Overview
As a Research Associate, you will play a vital role in the development of pharmaceutical APIs. We’re looking for proactive professionals who thrive in a dynamic R&D environment and are eager to contribute to sustainable innovations in the pharma sector.
Key Responsibilities
● Execute R&D projects focused on pharmaceutical API development.
● Design, perform, and analyze laboratory experiments to optimize processes.
● Document experimental data, results, and protocols for regulatory submissions.
● Collaborate with process, analytical, and manufacturing teams to support scale-up and tech transfer.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the API or CDMO industry.
● Good understanding of GMP, regulatory standards, and laboratory best practices.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
