Job Responsibilities of Nasal Manager Rubicon Research
Operational Management:
- Oversee the manufacturing and production of nasal formulations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of nasal product operations, including coordination between production, quality, and packaging teams.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules while maintaining the highest level of product quality.
- Monitor & control the manufacturing and Packing process of each optimization/validation/commercial batch & provide technical inputs.
- Ensure availability of change parts/consumables to facilitate manufacturing/packing.
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure timely closing of executed BMR’s, BPR’s, and optimization/validation reports.
- Investigate batch failures or quality issues, plan CAPA, and manage change control, deviation reports, etc.
- Knowledge of GMP and ability to undertake and manage investigations, nasal operation, and close QMS appropriately.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment/facility is in a validated state and handle qualification activity of Equipment’s and instruments.
Process Optimization and Cost Management:
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
Regulatory and Documentation:
Readiness for Audits by External agencies, co-ordinate and execute self-inspection, creation & execution of SOPs, check & approve necessary documents.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track performance of nasal operations, analyze data on production efficiency, quality metrics, and product outcomes.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management, making recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and address operational issues such as delays, defects, or malfunctions.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage teams involved in nasal operations, coordinate with cross-functional departments, conduct training programs for staff.
- Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Experience: 7-10 years in Nasal or injectable or sterile Manufacturing, filling, autoclave, and packing areas.
- Skills: Knowledge in regulatory markets, experience with automated machines, troubleshooting skills, nasal operation, and understanding of GMP.
