Job Purpose: Experienced production executive with Pharma experience.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma/BE in Chemical Engineering
- BSc/ MSc.
Experience of a Shift In-Charge:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of production Pharma experience, etc.
Technical Skills of a Shift In-Charge:
1. Safety, Compliance, and EHSS Policies

To follow all safety precautions and adhere to EHSS policies.

Contributing to developing procedures, practices, and systems that ensure safe operations and compliance with the company’s integrity and quality standards.

Driving a corporate culture that promotes an environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times.
2. Facility and Readiness Management

Ensure the readiness of the facility at all times.
3. Production Planning and Execution
-
Weekly planning of production activities in coordination with the production planner.

Ensure the packing & dispatch of products are carried out as per schedule.

Preparation of monthly production report in PPT & submit to the site head.
4. WTP (Water Treatment Plant) Operations
-
Monitoring and maintaining all WTP-related operations and documents.

Ensure the availability of the required raw materials and consumables for WTP operations.
-
Ensuring WTP operation as per the SOP & safety instructions are followed in the shop floor.
5. Good Manufacturing Practices and Documentation

Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Preparation of manufacturing documents & Checklists.Shift In-Charge
6. Training and Development

Assigning LMS training and follow-up with the team for completion.

Behavioral Skills:
- Adhering to the systems and policies of the company with dedication to work and a result-oriented approach during the execution of work.
- Self-driven individual with team coordination would be required.
