Key Responsibilities of mCaffeine R&D Scientist Job:
- Conduct research to develop innovative beauty and personal care products, including skincare, haircare, and cosmetic formulations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify R&D opportunities in the beauty and personal care industry.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, marketing, and packaging, to ensure successful product development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, EU Cosmetic Regulations, and industry standards.
- Optimize product formulations to improve cost-efficiency, performance, and sustainability.
- Evaluate raw materials and ingredients for safety, efficacy, and stability in personal care applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of R&D activities and findings.
- Stay updated with advancements in beauty and personal care technologies, ingredients, and industry best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues and providing technical support.
Qualifications & Skills for mCaffeine R&D Scientist Job:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or a related field within the beauty and personal care industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of research methodologies, laboratory techniques, and cosmetic formulation processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for beauty and personal care products.
- Proficiency in data analysis and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
