Responsibilities as Associate Chemist:
- Creation of WBS, DoEs, and independent planning of assigned tasks with technical guidance and supervision
- Developing and modifying product formulations as per business requirements
- Testing and qualification of developed/existing products
- Collaborating with team members in a laboratory environment
- Documenting tasks according to prescribed formats
- Self-motivated actions to maintain work culture and task completion
- Interaction with customers for troubleshooting and process optimization

Skills Required for an Associate Chemist:
Experience: 1+ year of experience as a BSc in Chemistry or MSc in Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/Physical Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Inorganic Chemistry
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in laboratories and product development
- Understanding of surfactants and organic/inorganic molecules
- Knowledge of industrial cleaners and their components
