Lead scientific engagement with Medical Experts, implement clinical and educational strategies, and respond to unsolicited medical enquiries.
About the Role
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for engaging, collaborating, and aligning with external stakeholders to co-create value, address patient needs, and enhance medical practices. MSLs play a crucial role in shaping the future of medicine, focusing on improving patient access and outcomes through strategic partnerships and innovative healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities as Medical Science Liaison Job:
- Strategic Internal Partner: Gather insights to contribute to Patient Journey mapping, evidence generation plans, and medical strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with external stakeholders for personalized interaction strategies.
- Communicating Evidence: Share appropriate data with stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
- Professional Development: Manage personal growth and administrative responsibilities effectively.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Pharmacist, Master’s, or post-graduate degree in health/life sciences.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a medical function within a therapeutic area.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Desirable Requirements
Oncology experience is preferred for this role.
