Overview of the Job:
An Analytical Researcher at P&G plays a critical role in the development and support of various products through advanced analytical techniques. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, stability, and efficacy while leveraging scientific expertise to solve complex challenges.
Your Team:
This role reports to Senior Scientist, MAPLab, AMA PHC R&D
Responsibilities:
Method Development and Validation:
- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for various products, including raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct stability studies to assess the shelf-life and performance of products under various conditions.
- Identify and troubleshoot analytical issues, conducting root cause analysis to resolve problems in product development or manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing insights and recommendations based on findings.
Job Qualifications:
- Qualifications: M. Pharm with 1-2 years of experience / M.Sc. with 2-5 years of experience
- Ability to work in a matrix, team-oriented environment fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills with compliance orientation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
