Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Bioanalytical Department. This role involves supporting method development, validation, and study sample analysis in alignment with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform assigned tasks in method development and validation under the guidance of senior reviewers
● Conduct literature searches to support ongoing and new method development initiatives
● Adhere strictly to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) within lab operations
● Conduct study sample analysis in compliance with in-house SOPs, sponsor requirements, and regulatory guidelines
● Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to resolve technical or procedural queries
● Perform routine instrument and equipment calibration as per SOPs
Skills & Competencies
● Sound knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory best practices
● Familiarity with global regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA)
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to follow instructions, maintain accuracy, and work effectively in team settings
● Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
