Your Role as a Business Executive :
As a Business Executive at Merk, your
key responsibilities will include:- Generating or converting doctors to prescribe our product portfolio.
- Driving secondary sales by ensuring the achievement of secondary sales targets through prescription generation by each Business Executive (BE).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including top Physicians, Endocrinologists, and Cardiologists.
- Providing timely and accurate day-to-day sales reporting.
- Effectively handling queries and addressing customer needs.
- Ensuring 100% implementation of the company’s strategies in your assigned territory.
- Performing Pharmacovigilance activities, including the diligent collection of adverse drug reaction (ADR) incidences (including lack of efficacy) related to medicinal products with maximum possible completeness, and forwarding this information to the local Patient Safety team immediately within 24 hours of ADR awareness. Additional information should be submitted as soon as possible.
Who Are You:
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Fresh graduates or those with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in any pharmaceutical company.
- Possesses strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Basic/ Minimum Qualifications of a Business Executive :
- Must be a Graduate of Science or Pharmacy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Science or Pharmacy Graduate is highly preferred.
