Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person in Process Development/TT/MSAT to execute and monitor Confirmatory batch/ Trial batch/Scale up batch, Exhibit batch/Pre-validation, Validation batch/ Hold time batches & placebo batches by applying various engineering concepts during optimization and scale up.
Roles & Responsibilities (Shortened & in Points)

Ensure successful process scale-up for confirmatory, exhibit, pre-validation, and validation batches.

Prepare & review essential batch-related documents (MFR, PIS, Sampling Plans, Master Production Records, etc.).

Perform scale-up correlations for unit operations from lab to plant scale and define control strategies.

Analyze data and support in regulatory deficiency responses.

Prepare & review protocols and reports (Hold Time Study, Submission Batch, PPQ, PORM, eMBRs, MI & BOM).

Develop and review stability study protocols & reports.
-
Prepare & assess tooling specifications, quality risk assessments, and trial protocols/reports.

Support cleaning verification & validation activities.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) for timely completion of tasks.

Investigate and document root causes, CAPAs, and validation batch reports.
-
Plan & execute trial batches to identify possible root causes of process variations.

Initiate & manage change control processes for batch execution.
Qualifications
-
Education: Master’s in Pharmacy
-
Experience: 3-7 years in Process/TT/MSAT
Skills & Attributes
Technical Skills:

Experience in solid dosage form development, scale-up, and tech transfer.

Understanding of pharmaceutical process selection and engineering.

Ability to draft technical protocols & reports.

Knowledge of ICH guidelines, risk assessments, and statistical software.

Experience in Analytical Research and data interpretation.
