Overview
This role will lead an R&D GBS Technical Market Analysis team based in Hyderabad, India. The position involves coordinating and managing various research activities, consumer testing, and feasibility analysis to drive innovation and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Functional Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for R&D market analysis delivery
- Engage with R&D teams to define research objectives
- Participate in governance meetings and provide reports
- Assign resources for projects
- Leadership and Team Management
- Train, mentor, and manage analysts
- Lead team in competitor assessments and industry profiling
- Develop action plans for team motivation and growth
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business research and industry knowledge
- Proven supervisory and management skills
- Experience in a global shared services environment
- Bachelor’s degree required (Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharma or any other science field; Masters degree a plus (MBA, MLS, MLIS or any other science field)
