Job Summary:
Responsibilities of an Associate Professor :
- Teaching: Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical training sessions; update course materials to reflect advances in the field; provide mentorship and academic guidance to students.
- Research: Conduct innovative research, publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and present at conferences; seek external funding opportunities to support research initiatives.
- Administration: Participate in departmental meetings; contribute to curriculum development and program assessment; assist with accreditation processes; provide support to students.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest developments in Pharmacology sciences; pursue professional growth opportunities; collaborate with industry partners.
Qualifications:
- M.Pharm. Degrees in Pharmacology & Sciences or related field, or comparable training; Ph.D. with a specialization in Pharmacology science preferred.
- Relevant teaching or research experience preferred; exceptional academic credentials considered.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, research, and scholarly publications.
- Proven leadership in research, teaching, and academic/professional service.
