About the Position
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor legislation maintained by Sphera by reviewing regulatory standards and interpretations.
- Identify and analyze regulations for inclusion in Regulatory Content database.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation that clearly describes the analysis and interpretation of the Regulatory Data Lists.
- Perform data maintenance projects for a repository of regulated chemical substances.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and consultants.
- Liaise with various teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives for content quality.
- Attend meetings with the Regulatory Data Analysts/Data team.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Ecology or related fields.
Preferred Experience
- 0-2 years of experience working with EHS regulations or chemicals.
- Experience with relational databases and data manipulation in MS Excel.
Other Skills
- Knowledge of global chemical regulations and GHS will be advantageous.
- Ability to assign chemicals to chemical groups based on properties.
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, and adaptability.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform general office tasks.
