Description:
We are seeking a Trainee Research Associate with a strong foundation in Organic Chemistry to join our Contract Research team. The ideal candidate will be involved in process development activities and contribute to the optimization of pharmaceutical processes.
Requirements: The candidate should have M. Sc. in Organic Chemistry and 0 to 2 years of experience in process development work in a pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process development and optimization experiments in a laboratory environment.
- Assist in scaling up processes from laboratory to pilot plant scale.
- Perform data analysis and document results accurately.
- Collaborate with senior scientists to troubleshoot and improve existing processes.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
