Key Accountabilities of Clinical Research Jobs in Bengaluru
- Act as the primary contact for assigned sites, ensuring adherence to study protocols.
- Develop strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Conduct site visits, monitor data quality, and address compliance issues.
- Support clinical sites with training, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate recruitment plans and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Maintain trial management systems and ensure timely data entry.
- Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, and investigator meetings.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, international regulations, and Parexel SOPs.
Skills & Qualifications for Clinical Research Jobs in Bengaluru:
- Degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, or a related health field.
- Experience in site management and clinical trials.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology
Education:
