Job Description for Specialist- Quality Management Systems:
The Specialist QMS will be responsible for developing
, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 13485:2016 standards. Key responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and updating QMS documentation, supporting external and corporate audits, maintaining the Document Control System, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing the Learning Management System.What You Need:
Education and Experience:
- BSC Biotechnology, B-Pharm / M-Pharm or related field from premier institutes
- 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Device domain with training and Document controller experience
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in QMS software and tools
ISO 13485:2016 certification
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- High analytical skills
- Effective communication with senior leadership
- Proactive problem-solving approach
