Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Curriculum Development
- Lead and teach graduate and undergraduate courses in pharmaceutical chemistry.
- Develop and update curriculum to reflect the latest scientific advancements.
- Design and teach laboratory courses providing hands-on experience.
- Participate in continuous assessment and improvement of educational practices.
Research and Scholarly Activities
- Establish and lead an internationally recognized research program in pharmaceutical chemistry.
- Secure significant external funding to support research activities.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise and mentor junior faculty and researchers in research projects.
Leadership and Service
- Provide leadership and vision in academic goals and departmental development.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry is preferable, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Bachelor’s Of Pharmacy / Master’s Of Pharmacy is mandatory.
- Experience:
- 1-10 years in academic research and teaching
- Skills and Abilities:
- Expertise in pharmaceutical chemistry, strong leadership and communication skills
