Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled professional to specialize in upstream/downstream operations and Process Engineering for Sterile injectables, focusing on process optimization and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Knowledge Transfer: Absorb and transfer knowledge from different sites.
- Documentation: Establish the necessary technical documentation for complex products.
- Equipment Evaluation: Evaluate equipment capabilities and layout for complex equipment placement.
- Process Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot challenges from scale-up to process validation stages.
- Regulatory Support: Assist with regulatory filings, compliance, and audits for sterile injectable products.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Master’s in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Master’s in Sciences (M.Sc) or Master’s (M.Tech. or M.Sc.) or a Ph.D.
- Minimum Work Experience: 5-10 years (with Ph.D.) or 8-15 years (with Master’s) in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with Sterile injectables.
Skills & Attributes
Technical Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of sterile injectable processes and cGMP.
- Experience in scaling up manufacturing processes and technology transfer.
- Proficiency in Continued Process Verification and statistical software.
Behavioural Skills:
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Good interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and integrity in execution.
