Key Responsibilities / Outcomes of Senior Executive – QC
Analysis & Testing

Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples of various formulation products, including oral solids, injectables, and ophthalmic products.

Handle and operate QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, pH Meter, etc.

Demonstrate exposure to software like Empower and LabWare LIMS.
Compliance & Documentation for QC
-
Possess knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) in QC Laboratory.

Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), General Testing Procedures (GTPs), Standard Testing Procedures (STPs), specifications, protocols, Internal Operating Control Procedures (IOCPs), records of analysis, and analysis reports.

Ensure compliance, safety, and 100% adherence to Good Laboratory Practice.
Validation & Calibration
-
Execute validation, qualification, and calibration activities within the QC laboratory.

Review raw materials, in-process, intermediate, finished products, packing material, stability, Hold time samples, qualification, calibration, and Analytical Method Transfer (AMT) documents.
Inventory & Resource Management

Handle, issue, and maintain consumables, glassware, chemicals, reference standards, working standards, and chromatographic columns.
Regulatory & Audit Readiness

Candidates with exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA are preferred.
Investigation & Problem-Solving

Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) test results and laboratory incidents.
