Job Title: Analyst- Lab Water Solutions
Location: Bangalore – Electronic City
Description
- To answer technical queries via handling emails pertaining to the Lab Water portfolio.
- Managing Milli Q Work Orders and reviewing mandatory parameters.
- Assigning Lab queue cases to respective belongings.
- Entering product code stocks in Oracle according to stock adjustments country ownership.
Essential Job Functions
- Managing workflow of transactional activity with effective communication during BCP.
- Completing tasks within SLA agreed timeline and quality metrics.
- Implementing changes aligned to change management and strategic requirements.
Qualifications and Relevant Experience
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Organic/Physical Chemistry.
- Basic knowledge of Analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).
