Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional for the OSD – Formulation Development role. The candidate will be responsible for developing stable and bioequivalent solid oral products and ensuring smooth technology transfer to the manufacturing plant. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, troubleshooting expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop stable and bioequivalent solid oral products for European, ROW, and domestic markets.
- Handle technology transfer of developed products to the plant level, including all TTD-related activities.
- Collect and compile all data required for submission to respective regulatory agencies.
- Address queries from the DCGI and other regulatory agencies as needed.
- Provide support to the plant for troubleshooting during commercial production.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- PhD or M.Pharm qualification (PhD candidates preferred).
- 0-4 years of experience in formulation development of solid oral dosage forms.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for European, ROW, and domestic markets.
- Experience in handling technology transfer and troubleshooting at the plant level.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
