Job description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to lead the development of innovative, plant based protein, formulations, and processes while providing technical and commercial expertise. This role ensures regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and the delivery of market-driven solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development and Innovation
Design and develop new products, formulations, and processes leveraging natural ingredients.
Create and refine lab prototypes, oversee scale-up processes, and conduct pilot plant trials.
Generate and assess ideas for new product development, evaluating their feasibility concerning profitability, resource availability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Extensive experience in
protein-based product development and process optimization.Proven track record of leadership in a similar head-level role.
Deep understanding of protein science, including extraction, isolation, and characterization techniques.
