Job Title: Executive-Production
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Job Description:
- Operate and Monitor Solvent Recovery Equipment: Ensure efficient recovery of solvents from production processes.
- Oversee Recovery and Recycling: Adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
- Monitor Solvent Purity Levels: Make necessary adjustments for optimal recovery and compliance.
- Continuously Monitor Recovery System Parameters: Optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Identify and Troubleshoot Issues: Take prompt corrective actions.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Including input/output data and system performance.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct Safety Checks and Drills: Prevent accidents and improve safety practices.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: On recovery performance and safety compliance.
- Work Closely with Production Teams: Ensure smooth integration of solvent recovery.
- Participate in Cross-Functional Meetings: Discuss process improvements and safety issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in solvent recovery, chemical manufacturing.
- Familiarity: With API production processes is an advantage.
- Skills: Proficient in operation and troubleshooting of recovery systems.
- Knowledge: Safety protocols, hazardous materials handling, environmental regulations.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts or on-call.
