Key Responsibilities
- Literature Search: Conduct research through patents, journals, and relevant sources.
- Laboratory Experiments: Perform experiments accurately and as per protocols.
- Handling Hazardous Gases: Demonstrate safe handling of gases like chlorine and nitrogen.
- Chemical Reactions: Apply knowledge of various reaction chemistries.
- Plant Troubleshooting: Identify and solve issues related to production.
- Basic Unit Processes: Understand and operate processes like distillation and filtration.
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS): Ensure safe chemical handling.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize tools for data management and documentation.
- R&D Lab Indenting: Manage procurement and availability of lab materials.
- ISO Documentation: Maintain compliance with quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and good laboratory practices.
Education Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Industrial Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Desirable Experience: Proficiency in organic synthesis and analytical techniques.
