Key Responsibilities for Research And Development Chemist:
- Conduct and optimize chemical reactions for process development.
• Evaluate reaction pathways and troubleshoot reaction issues.
• Scale up laboratory processes to pilot and production levels.

Qualifications
- 0.6- 2 years of experience in Pharma, Agro or CDMO
• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
• Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry preferred for Research And Development Chemist.
• Proficiency in handling hazardous chemicals and implementing safety protocols.
• Analytical skills to interpret and troubleshoot reaction processes.
• Ability to innovate and propose new methodologies for process improvements.
