A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Assoc Chemist at MKS MSD, you will collaborate with CSP-PST to facilitate product development and related activities. Reporting to the Team Manager CSP-PST, you will be involved in various R&D tasks such as testing, process optimization, and troubleshooting. Clear communication and innovative problem-solving are essential in this role.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Creation of WBS, DoEs and independent planning of assigned tasks with technical guidance and supervision.
- Perform and execute assigned tasks and DoE toward project completion in a timely and qualitative manner.
- Develop and modify product formulations as per the business requirement.
- Testing and qualification of developed/ existing products generating qualitative and timely output.
- Working and collaborating with other team members in a laboratory environment
- Bringing in your own ideas and strategies
- Documentation of the ongoing tasks according to the prescribed format
- Transparent and regular communication of task completion progress to stakeholders
- Self-motivated and self-initiated actions to maintain the work culture and task completion.
- Maintenance of 5S and safety as per the MKS MSD and department guidelines
- Active participation in team building.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the projects and other Departmental information.
- Interaction with the customer to troubleshoot, process optimization, and site visit/conducting trials at the customer site (if required).
Skills You Bring For Freshers Job – Associate Chemist:
- 1+ y of experienced BSc(Chemistry)or fresher in MSc. Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Inorganic Chemistry
- Quick adaptability
- Understanding the project tasks and planning the next steps
- Analysis of results generated and drawing accurate conclusions.
- Creative, structured, methodical, and time-bound workstyle.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in working laboratories, developing formulations & products, and qualification.

- Synthetic knowledge of organic and inorganic molecules
